I love shift dresses...but it was like half of the dresses in this show were 'wrong' and the other half were 'right'. I don't know if it's the way they fell (probably) or the colours and fabrics used...it just surprised me that I felt so different about items in the same collection. Nonetheless, some really really beautiful garments here.

Certainly nothing ground-breaking but I mean uhm...I LOVE IT ANYWHO. Wow, is it me or was there nothing super exciting out of NYFW except Preen? Yeah that'd just be me...

Marc Jacobs Fall 2012

The first time I looked at this show I was in a bad mood, grumpy about life and grumpy about who I had become (blah blah blah). So, naturally, I hated it...I thought it was 'stupid'. I've come back to it tonight, in a much lighter mood, and fallen for it completely. Who am I kidding? It made me grumpier because it's everything I wish I'd felt. I'd wear all of this, it's freaking awesome.
